SPARKLER FILTERS AUTOMATICNUTSCHE FILTER (WD)
The Sparkler Model WD Filter is an automaticnutsche filter equipped with special impeller blades for agitation and cake discharge. This single piece of equipment processes your product through filtration, washing,drying, and cake discharge operations, effectively replacing three pieces of processequipment: a Filter, a agitator, and a dryer.
Sparkler offers Automatic Nutsche filtration areas up to 6 m�. All sizes of WD filters can be offered as a manual unit or can be fully automated.
By means of rotation with an hydraulic motor and vertical motionusing a hydraulic cylinder driving a special impeller, the WD filter provides fivedifferent functions as illustrated below.
