SPARKLER FILTERS LABORATORY FILTER (L-1000)

The Sparkler model L-1000 filter is designed for use in the Laboratory in filtering precious liquids where complete recovery of fluids is required. The lab filter is operated by laboratory air pressure and is equipped with a pressure gauge. It is simple in construction and can be easily cleaned. All process parts are made from 316 stainless steel.

Specifications of the L-1000:

     Capacity – 2700cc; 165 in³

Working Pressure – 100 P.S.I.

Filter Media Size – 5 ½" Dia.

Filtration Area – 142 cm.²; 22 in.²

Types of Filter Media Available – Since the media is clamped in position by means of positive bolted action, all types of filter papers, woven wire, membranes, and cloth on the market may be used.

Method of Operation – Units may either be used with positive pressure of compressed air or gas as well as with a vacuum.
